Allied Professional of the Year
The Allied Professional of the Year (APY) award is given to a professional who promotes philanthropy both professionally and through personal example. Typically an allied professional refers to attorneys, stock brokers, insurance and real estate professionals, certified public accountants, and certified financial planners. However, we realize there are many more professionals who exemplify the promotion of philanthropy and charity.
The PPGC Resource Committee is charged with soliciting nominations, reviewing viable applications, and selecting an annual Allied Professional of the Year. Since 2003, the APY Awardee has been recognized during the annual conference luncheon.
- The PPGC awards one professional each year. - Awardees are required to attend the annual PPGC luncheon. - Awardees DO NOT need to be members of PPGC, however membership is strongly encouraged.
To nominate a professional, please see the following PDF document. Additional information, such as a resume or CV, is acceptable. The nomination form can be completed and mailed (US mail or email) to the PPGC Office. LINK PDF
Nominees are asked to attend the annual conference luncheon and introduce the awardee.
